Quick Answers
What calendar should our team be looking at?+
The current major checkpoints are Sep 30, 2026 for the first complete stage/scenic package, Dec 15 for substantial stage-architecture lock, Mar 15, 2027 for production design freeze, Apr 2–5 for Nashville rehearsals, Apr 6–8 for Tulsa arena work/opening show, and Apr 8–May 10 for the current route. Exact vendor prep, delivery and onsite dates will depend on scope.
Is Nashville rehearsal locked?+
Not yet. Steel Mill is currently penciled/held for Apr 2–5. Exact vendor presence, delivery timing and work calls will follow the confirmed rehearsal plan and scope.
When does arena work start?+
Apr 6–7 at BOK Center is the current planning basis for arena load-in/rehearsals. Opening show is Apr 8.
What is the route pace like?+
There are several three- and four-show clusters. Open dates may become freight movement, travel, maintenance, reset or true off days depending on scope; the final itinerary and vendor-specific schedule will spell that out.
